At Modern Med Aesthetics & Wellness, we strive to make all our patients feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of from the moment they step into our office.

 

Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.

As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your goals of treatment. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to best suit your individual needs and goals.

Your nurse practitioner will then discuss any treatments, services, or products that will target your concerns and work with you to develop a treatment plan. This is the perfect time to ask questions or voice your concerns.
