At Modern Med Aesthetics & Wellness a credit card is required when booking your appointment. No fees are charged when booking your appointment.

Late Arrivals
At Modern Med Aesthetics & Wellness, arriving late may impact the duration of your treatment. While we will do our best to provide your full treatment within the remaining scheduled time, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a cancellation fee will apply (refer to our cancellation policy for details).
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To respect both our clients and providers, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours or if you fail to show up, a $100 late cancellation/no show fee will automatically be charged to the card on file.
Clients with three late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay in full for future appointments at the time of booking. Prepayments are nonrefundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the prepayment will be credited toward future services at Modern Med Aesthetics & Wellness.
Our providers are often booked weeks to months in advance, and we maintain a waitlist for clients eager to schedule. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that cannot always be filled. We appreciate your understanding, as adhering to this policy allows us to deliver exceptional service and value the time of both our clients and team members.

Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for services already rendered. Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals, and while we strive to meet your expectations, results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to achieve your desired outcome will be the client’s responsibility.
For retail products, we do not offer refunds. However, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item. Gift certificate purchases are nonrefundable.
Children Policy
We kindly request that childcare arrangements are made prior to your appointment. Although we adore children, this policy ensures their safety and maintains a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
